A 106 ticket closed with video: what a field-connected municipal hotline looks like

Every municipal hotline knows the scenario: a resident calls - "my bin wasn't collected this week". The dispatcher opens a ticket, forwards it to sanitation, they ask the contractor, the contractor asks the driver, the driver is sure he collected - and three days later someone returns to the resident with a "resolved" nobody can actually prove. The ticket closed; the trust didn't.

Now the same scenario with a field-connected system: the dispatcher types the address and immediately sees the truck's route that morning, the time it passed the street, and the footage of the collection point. If the collection happened - there's a reasoned answer on the first call, exact time included. If it didn't - the ticket routes onward with all the evidence, and resolution is measured in hours. MIS26 customers measure roughly 70% shorter handling times.

The connection works the other way too: repeat tickets on the same spot merge into one event feeding the optimization layer - a collection point that keeps generating complaints is a candidate for a different frequency, container size or route. The hotline stops being a complaints desk and becomes a sensor of the collection operation.

And for the resident, the My Service app closes the loop: report with a photo, track the status, get notified when it's handled. Full transparency - from the bin, through the truck, to the notification on the resident's phone.
